These general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter the “GTC”) apply to the website with the URL www.gutenberg.agency (hereinafter the “Site”), published by the company Gutenberg Networks (hereinafter “GUTENBERG”).

By using this Site, you are accepting the GTC below and GUTENBERG’s Personal Data Protection Policy, which can be accessed here and on the Site, which you should read and be sure to understand. Should you refuse to accept these GTC or GUTENBERG’s Personal Data Protection Policy, we kindly request that you refrain from use of the Site. Any visit to and/or use of this Site must be made in compliance with these GTC and laws applicable in France, in particular as relates to communications on the Internet.

GUTENBERG created this Site for the personal information of its users.

This Site was created for all internet users wishing to find out more about GUTENBERG in France and elsewhere in the world, its activities, its products, and its services.

The Internet and computer and telecommunications systems are subject to errors, interruptions and malfunctions may occur. GUTENBERG does not offer any guarantee related thereto and shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the Site, regardless of the cause; in particular, GUTENBERG shall not be responsible for any alteration or fraudulent access to data and/or accidental transmission due to a virus.
